Ways to Use Your I Am Working For Board
Use it at independent work stations, during small group, in 1:1 instruction, or anytime a student needs a little extra motivation to finish a task. Start with the 1 or 3 token board and build up to 5 and 10 as your student gets the hang of it. I like to let the student choose the reward picture before we start. That choice is half the motivation.
